The 2020 Roster Form is now available.
The Virginia Baseball Congress (VBC) is 25+ men's baseball league. Our season will begin Sunday March 29, 2020 and concludes at the end of July.
The regular season is 20 games long and finishes with a double elimination tournament.
Games are played on Sunday afternoons at 1pm and/or 4pm. Beginning in June, one weekday game is added to the schedule for each week (Tues, Wed, Thurs at 7pm).
Sunday games are 9 innings long. Weekday games are 7 innings long.
Almost all players have baseball experience - at least having played in high school (many played some sort of college ball). Ages in the league range from 25 - 60.
The league has plans to expand to 7 teams in 2020. The league will be happy to assign you to a team if you are new to the league.
